4. Limitation of Liability

  • Client misuse or failure to implement recommendations provided

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.
Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees must be paid in full

  • Work completed up to the date of termination will be delivered accordingly

  • All shared access will be revoked upon final settlement

6. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once a project has started. However, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of work completed at the point of cancellation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
